OAS

Welcome to the new look of the SICE Website

As SICE celebrates 10 years online, we have updated the website to keep up with the large amounts of information on trade in the Americas that have become available over this past decade.

We have kept our basic structure and information, but have updated our design to make it easier for users to find the information we post on a regular basis. We have kept the Trade Agreements section, but have added user-friendly indexes to the agreements and added related information such as the date of signature and entry into force. The Disciplines section maintains links to national legislation and national bodies on disciplines included in trade agreements. We have greatly expanded our Trade Policy Developments section -- here, users can find information on newly-announced negotiations, track the progress of negotiations and keep up to date on the implementation and operation of agreements that are already in force.

We have also added a section devoted to information on trade in each of the OAS Member States. SICE's Country Pages allow users to access national trade policy documents, to see which trade agreements and bilateral investment treaties have been signed by each country, and to access trade data and other trade-related links in OAS member states.

Our new Resources section provides rapid access to trade glossaries, trade related links, and more. The What's New section tracks new postings on SICE and maintains an archive of postings by date.

We hope that you find the new site useful. During this transition, as we address any disrepancies in the new site and as users become accustomed to the new site, we will maintain a copy of the old site here.

Thank you very much to our users, we hope to continue to provide up to date and reliable information on trade in the Americas.
