TRATO DE LA NACIÓN MAS FAVORECIDA

El alcance del párrafo 1 del Anexo II del Tratado, correspondiente a la lista de Uruguay prevista en la página 9, referida al Trato de la Nación más Favorecida (artículo 4) y Todos los Sectores, incluye a las medidas que otorgan tratamiento diferencial a los países miembros del MERCOSUR bajo el Tratado de Asunción, firmado el 26 de marzo de 1991.

“The scope of paragraph 1 of Annex II to the Treaty, corresponding to the list of Uruguay set forth on page 9, which refers to the Most-Favored Nation Treatment (article 4) and All the Sectors, includes measures that grant a differential treatment to the countries members of MERCOSUR under the Treaty of Asunción subscribed on March 26, 1991”
