On March 6, 2019, Argentina and Peru began negotiations for the Bilateral Enlargement and Expansion
of Economic Complementation Agreement No 58 (MERCOSUR-Peru). The negotiations include services, investments,
SMEs and electronic commerce, among other disciplines. The second round of negotiations took place on
July 16-18, 2019 in Lima, Peru.
