The Guatemala-Venezuela Partial Scope Agreement has been force since April 10, 1986;
it has been 30 years since its implementation. It is a one- way agreement in which
Venezuela grants preferential tariffs to Guatemala, ie, it is not reciprocal.
Trade between the two countries has been facilitated and consolidated through
implementation of a set of harmonized and unique rules for those involved.
